Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Ramesh Tamilselvan is a visionary serial entrepreneur and the driving force behind Noble's mission to build quantum-secure financial infrastructure for institutional investors and sovereign wealth. As Co-Founder and CEO of Zhyra Holdings, Ramesh oversees a deep-tech venture studio operating multiple subsidiary companies across quantum computing, AI semiconductors, women's healthtech, defense technology, space tech, energy management, and climate technology sectors.
Previously, Ramesh served as Global CEO of Shine Harvest, where he led the development, financing, and construction of large-scale solar energy projects across 12 countries and 5 continents. Under his leadership, Shine Harvest assembled a development portfolio with long-term power contracts and commercialized proprietary advanced solar technology with integrated energy storage, delivering renewable baseload and dispatchable power that competes with traditional fossil-fired and nuclear electricity generation.
With over 11 years of energy industry experience and a background in Electronics & Communication Engineering, Ramesh brings deep technical expertise combined with proven global leadership to Noble. He has held senior executive positions with multiple successful companies developing renewable energy facilities and has personally led financing and construction of privately-owned energy projects worldwide. At Noble, Ramesh is focused on building infrastructure that protects generational wealth against the most sophisticated threats of the coming decades, including the quantum computing threat to cryptographic security.
Co-Founder & Chief Strategy Officer
Shyamala Thangaraju is a strategic leader and operational architect who serves as Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer of Noble. In this role, she oversees corporate strategy, institutional relationships, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence across Noble's global footprint. Her leadership ensures that Noble delivers on its promise of serving the full diversity of principals who entrust their wealth to the platform.
Prior to Noble, Shyamala built and led operational teams across the Zhyra Holdings portfolio, developing deep expertise in scaling deep-tech ventures from concept to commercial operation. She has particular expertise in corporate governance, regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions, and building high-performance teams that execute on ambitious technical and commercial objectives. Her work has spanned ventures in quantum computing (QONTOS), women's healthtech (Shiora), space technology (Sirona), and climate technology (TerraQura).
Shyamala brings a distinctive focus on serving women principals and next-generation wealth holders—a demographic systematically underserved by traditional financial services. Her strategic vision has shaped Noble's goals-first approach to wealth management, integrated ESG capabilities, and relationship-centered service model.
